Why choose us

Choosing the right Letting Agent could be the most important property decision that you make. The right agent can make the difference between your property being rented out at the right price or staying empty.

Our staff possess excellent local knowledge and operate in a streamline manner meaning they will have complete knowledge of your situation. Ensuring you won’t be passed from pillar to post and have to explain yourself time and time again. This will save you time and frustration. So rest assured that you are in good hands.

Landlords understand landlords

Holmes & Hunters has been founded by landlords, meaning the service we offer is second to none. We know what it takes to be a good agent and we are there to assist and advise wherever needed. We ensure all regulations are adhered to and are only a phone call away to answer any question you may have.
